Thane is the city which is closely connected to Mumbai Metropolitan Region in Maharashtra. It’s also popularly known as a Lake City. The Talao pali is the famous traditional Lake in Thane which is famous for boating. The Lake is very beautiful and one can take walk around the lake in evening and weekend is just relaxing and refreshing our mind. There are various reasons to stay in Thane for Homebuyers.
Location:
The location of thane is very close to Mumbai and is one of the developed city in Maharashtra. The city is little bit crowded same as Mumbai but development is very fastest here. The city is fulfill with street shopping, huge market area, malls, local trains etc. The place is closely connected to central line by local trains and western line by highway of Ghodbandar Road where lots of buses and local trains are available to reach anywhere in Mumbai.
Shopping Centers:
Thane city is mainly famous for shopping. Street shopping is highly developed in Naupada and Old Market of Thane where people can get everything with lots of variety. Thane is the best place for new homebuyers where they can also found comfort to stay.
Security :
The best security can found in Thane where huge amount of police force is available everywhere in Thane. Thane city is also known as First Home of police department. The city never sleep at Night and people can be roam outside in Thane because of loyal security provided by the police department.
Infrastructure :
Thane with it’s superior infrastructure and overall connectivity, is becoming attractive for the rich people. The well developed properties are coming in Thane city with lots of facilities and amenities. The properties are constructed in large amount of area. Thane is one of the 20 cities across the world where the rich are currently looking forward to invest their wealth is become one of the best Destination for new homebuyers.
